- Services for businesses such as tax and bookkeeping services, accounting services, payroll and payroll payment services, audit representation and incorporation services.
- Personal services such as individualized tax services, tax preparation and financial planning.

What information do we collect from you?
As part of providing products and services to you, we collect various information about you, your spouse, your dependents, your business and other individuals, such as employees as part of our provision of business services. The information includes but is not limited to:
- Contact Information (e.g. name, e-mail address, physical address, phone number)
- Dates of Birth
- Identification Numbers (e.g., Social Security Number, EIN and ITIN)
- Financial Information (e.g. income, revenue, assets, credits, investments, health insurance, deductions and expenses)
- Payment Data (e.g. checking, debit and credit account numbers and balances and payment history)
- Payroll Information (related to business services)
- Demographic Information (e.g. marital status, occupation)
How do we collect information from you?
We collect information that you voluntary provide to us through client interviews, forms, or transactions you complete with us. We also collect information from government authorities such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), other government entities such as state tax authorities and state attorneys general for business services, and certain non-affiliated third parties (e.g. credit reporting agencies).
What choices do you have about the collection of your information?
You can always choose not to submit information. However, we may be unable to serve you as our products, services, tools and calculators may rely upon this information.
How do we use your information?
Our use and disclosure of your information is controlled by various laws, regulations and other legal requirements, as well as our internal policies. We may use or disclose your information, subject to the terms of this privacy notice and consistent with applicable law. Who is collecting your information?
We collect the information you provide. We may engage third party service providers to assist us in that collection.

We share your information with companies who assist us in providing the services you request. We share your information with government authorities in order to provide you with services. We do not sell your personal information including contact information to third parties. Below are some of the ways that your information may be disclosed:
Service Providers
We may disclose your information to service providers who perform business functions on our behalf (including service providers who perform “auxiliary services” in connection with tax return preparation, as permitted by IRC Section 7216, and service providers who help deliver advertising tailored to your interests). For our business clients we utilize an affiliated service provider located in India to deliver bookkeeping services.
We require service providers to have written contracts that specify appropriate use of your personal information, require them to safeguard your personal information, and prohibit them from making unauthorized or unlawful use of your personal information.
Joint Marketing
Where permitted by law, we may disclose your information to joint marketers and business partners with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We require all joint marketers to have written contracts with us that specify appropriate use of your information, require them to safeguard your information, and prohibit them from making unauthorized or unlawful use of your information. We may share your information with affiliates for joint marketing purposes as well. We do not sell or rent your information to third-party direct marketers.
Other
We may disclose your information (individually or in aggregate form) to third parties (including government entities) when we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is required or permitted by law. This may occur, for example, in connection with a court order, legal process, or other judicial, administrative or investigative proceeding.
As we continue to develop our business, we may buy or sell businesses or assets. In such transactions, confidential customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. In the event of a transaction involving the sale of some or all of our businesses, customer and site visitor information may be one of the transferred assets and may be disclosed in connection with negotiations relating to a proposed transaction. In such case, the transferred information may become subject to a different privacy notice.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
How do we protect your information?
We maintain physical, electronic and administrative policies and procedures designed to restrict access to your information. These include programs and specifications for physical security and records retention and disposal; computer and communication security measures reflected in system design, password protection, and data management practices; and other measures to restrict access to the data we hold in physical and electronic forms.
